It is our policy to pre-bill for Internet service. In other words, we require payment before providing service. Your payment is due by the "Due Date" that appears on the lower right hand portion of the front page of your invoice. Payment by that date will give you Internet access for the period following the Due
Date determined by the amount of your payment. The type of account you were billed for appears under the Description heading. If you wish to change the type of your account, please choose from the list below and send a payment according to the type and duration chosen. High Access (400 Hours/Month)* Annual: $175/Year($14.58/Month) Monthly: $16.95/Month (Auto-Bill) This account includes up to 4 e-mail accounts and 20 MB of email and personal Web page storage. Standard Access (100 Hours/Month)* This account includes an e-mail account and 5 MB of email and personal Web page storage. Annual: $155/Year($12.92/Month) Monthly: $14.95/Month (Auto-Bill) * Usage over allotted time is billed at $1 per hour. The allotted time is based on a calendar month. Unused time can NOT be carried over. Regular 'Monthly Billing' is based on the $19.95, High Access invoiced account. Cancellation policy: The subscriber must telephone, email or mail in a request for cancellation. You must expressly cancel the service; inactive but non-cancelled accounts will continue to be billed. MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, BI-ANNUAL AND ANNUAL ACCOUNTS ARE PREPAID SERVICE AGREEMENTS. ALL PREPAID SERVICE AGREEMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Accounts will be suspended ten (10) days after the Due Date on any unpaid invoices. A $5 fee will be assessed to re-activate a suspended account. Notice to discontinue automatic billing must be received by World Access Network. 10 days prior to your renewal date. This notice must be sent by U.S. Mail or e-mail to accounts@wa-net.com. |
