1. Click Start, move up to Settings, then choose Control Panel
2. Double-Click the Network Connections icon
3. Double-Click the Create New Connection icon.
4. The Network Connection Wizard will open
5. Click Next
6. Select Dial up to the Internet
7. Click Next
8. Select I want to set up my Internet connection manually
9. Click Next
10. Select I connect through a phone line and modem
11. Click Next
12. Enter in the area code and telephone number of your local access number
13. Click Next
14. Enter Username and Password (both username and password are case sensitive)
15. Click Next
16. In the Connection Name field, type in World Access
17. Click Next
18. You will now be asked if you would like to setup your Internet mail account. Select No.
*Note - You can setup your Internet mail account at any time. For email setup instructions,
please view the Email setup instructions listed below.
19. Click Next
20. Completing the Internet Connection Wizard window should now appear.
21. Click Finish
22. To create a shortcut on your desktop, in the Network and Dial-up connections window, right click on the World Access icon and click Create Shortcut. If you receive an error message, click Yes

-Set up E-Mail Account
Now to set up your mail account you need to go to the "Start" button again
and this time click on "all programs", Outlook Express.

If a dialog box comes up and asks for "Display name:
Type Your name how you would want others to see it when they get email from you.

(if a dialog box does not come up) go to tools, accounts, mail, on the right hand side of
dialog box click on "Add", mail, and follow instructions below.)

Click Next
Type in your full email address, example: your_user_name@wa-net.com
Click Next
Email Server Names =
POP3
Incoming = mail.wa-net.com
outgoing = mail.wa-net.com
Next
Account Name = your_user_name (login ID) first part of your email address
Password = your password
Click Next
Click Finish
Close the Internet Accounts dialog box
You should now be set to dial in to World Access.
Click on the Big Blue E (Internet Explorer) on your desktop and click connect.
Open outlook express and click on send and receive.

World Access Network customers may be receiving fake emails that appear to be from World Access Network, but they are NOT. The emails often include an attachment that contains a virus. World Access Network is not sending these emails and we suggest that you take action to protect your computer system.
